Burkhard has a PhD in chemical engineering and more than 20 years of international management experience in various management positions within the lime industry. He was previously Vice President Sales at Lhoist Western Europe (DE, BE), Wülfrath and is currently Vice President of EuLA Board (European lime association) and second chairman of BVK (German lime association).
